Hill City Donuts is a little shop with a lot of feelings.
We’re tucked into downtown Lynchburg—brick sidewalks, rainy mornings, neighbors popping in before work. We make fresh donuts in small batches, pull espresso behind a well-loved bar, and try to remember everyone’s name (we’re working on it).
This isn’t another generic chain restaurant. It’s a community space with a donut problem—artists sketching by the window, students camped out with laptops, downtown peeps grabbing a quick dozen for the office. When you show up here, you keep a small, weird, very human shop alive.

We bake and brew right inside our historic brick building in downtown Lynchburg. Expect warm donuts, real espresso, and the occasional sarcastic remark.

Maple bacon weekends, lavender glaze experiments, pumpkin things when the leaves turn. We like to play, so the menu never sits still for long.

We lean into the Hill City mood—First Fridays, local art on the walls, and we've even had the occasional live music crammed between the espresso machine and the donut rack.
